Interlibrary Loan Services
Books and journal articles not included in Voskuyl Library's collection may be requested through Interlibrary Loan. Through the use of a nationwide computerized library network and cooperative lending agreements with other libraries, eligible Westmont College library users have access to library resources nationwide.
Interlibrary Loan Service is provided free to eligible Westmont College faculty, staff and students.
Choose one of three options to submit lnterlibrary loan requests:
- Camino - Books can be obtained expeditiously from the collections of seven partnering academic libraries in California. Submit requests through your search in the library's catalog.
- OCLC WorldCat Search - Submit your request directly during your online search in the library's catalog.
- WILL (Westmont InterLibrary Loan) - Submit your request through the Interlibrary Loan request form on the Library Home page. Receipt of your request will be confirmed.
We are eager to facilitate your research needs and encourage you to plan your anticipated borrowing requests well in advance of need.
Please do not submit requests for course textbooks. In general, lending libraries do not make textbooks available through Interlibrary loan.
If you are pursuing a research project that calls for borrowing of special or unusual items, please consult with us directly as you plan your research strategy.
